National Fraternity Council Secretary's Report
October, 2003 - October 2004
Since the 2003 National Fraternity Council meeting in Santa Barbara, California, I have answered hundreds of phone calls and thousands of e-mails. I have attended the Executive Council meetings, taken and distributed the minutes, and performed whatever other tasks were assigned as a result of the business conducted. I have assisted Bob Herbelin in creating a directory in Adobe Acrobat format that can be sent electronically and have provided input to the Computer Committee in working towards having the directory online and downloadable.

November, 2003 - presided at the Saint Joan of Arc Regional election
May 2004 - presided at the Saint Maximilian Kolbe Regional Election
June, 2004 - Accompanied Sharon Deveaux on her introductory visit to the National Archives at St. Bonaventure University, New York
- Attended the All Commissions Conference in Denver, Colorado
August, 2004 - made an fraternal visitation to 'Ohana 'O Ke Anuenue Region and presided at the regional election

November, 2003 - attended the Mother Cabrini Regional celebration of their patronal feast
December, 2004 - met with Bill Wicks in Santa Maria, California to select, box and ship files for Carol Gentile
- met with Carol Gentile in Monaca, Pennsylvania to review files sent by Bill Wicks
February, 2004 - met with Carol Gentile in Monaca, Pennsylvania to prepare for March Executive Council meeting and assist with other business for the Order
- Attended the Franciscan Forum of the Franciscan Institute in Denver, Colorado
April, 2004 - visited the Conventual friary at Arroyo Grande, California and the OFM friary at Mission San Miguel, California to pick up/copy documents for the National Archives
- attended part of a meeting of the California Archives Association with Sharon Deveaux, relative to starting new archives
May, 2004 - met with Carol Gentile in Monaca, Pennsylvania to prepare for June Executive Council meeting
August, 2004 - attended the Franciscan Federation meeting in Fort Worth, Texas
September, 2004 - attended the national Spiritual Assistants meeting at Marytown, Illinois
